This Shipping Policy outlines the details concerning the shipment and delivery of products purchased from The Overstocked Factory. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) from the date the order is placed.

Processing time does not include the time the shipment is in transit.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
1.2 Inventory and Overstock Nature

As we specialize in overstock and closeout apparel, our inventory is fluid. In rare cases, an ordered item may be found to be out of stock or damaged during the processing phase. If this happens, we will notify you immediately via email and offer a full refund or an alternative product.
2. Shipping Rates and Options

At this time, The Overstocked Factory only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
3. Shipment Tracking and Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's transit.
3.2 Delivery Issues and Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The Overstocked Factory is not responsible for:

Packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist you by providing all necessary order and tracking information.
4. Shipping Fees
4.1 Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from The Overstocked Factory or an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any product refund due.
