
The Overstocked Factory Refund and Return Policy
At The Overstocked Factory, we aim to provide you with the best deals on authentic overstock professional and college sports apparel. Because of the unique, limited-stock nature of our items, we have a straightforward policy for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn and unused.

Unwashed.

Original tags still attached.

Free of any odors, stains, or damage (e.g., deodorant marks, pet hair, etc.).

Returned with all original packaging.
If the returned item does not meet these criteria, your refund may be denied, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards.

Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please complete the Contact Us Form with your information, Order Number, and a brief reason for the return.

Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Do not send your item back before receiving an RAN. Items returned without an RAN will not be processed.

Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-10 business days.

If you have not received a refund after this timeframe, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using the Contact Us Form.
6. Exchanges
We primarily deal in overstock, limited-run inventory, which means we often cannot guarantee that the exact same item in a different size or color will be available. Therefore, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.
